Knowing that a picture is worth a thousand words, our staff provides design services to bring your dream to life.  Using AutoCAD drawings, we offer you alternative design options from which to choose. Please note, no drawings, floor plans, or selections will be released to clients without a retainer and a signed contract.

Step 3—Permits and Paperwork
We handle all applications for permits and submission of all necessary paperwork needed for your project. There is no red tape for you to worry about. Our goal is to make your remodeling project a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Step 4—Your Personal Interior Designer and Project Manager
Before any work begins on your project, we assign and introduce a personal project manager and interior designer who will review your plans. Your project manager will ensure that all work is done to the highest professional standards and that your utmost satisfaction is the priority every step of the way. Closely working with our contractors, subcontractors and client, the project manager is responsible for coordinating all scheduling and inspections and answering any questions and concerns you may have.  Your interior designer and project manager will be available to you at all times from conception to completion.
