Home Staging:

Home Staging Involves Any or All of the Following:
- Using what furniture and decorative accessories the owner has and arranging them for optimal placement
- Carefully selecting for purchase or leasing the appropriate furniture and accessories for the style of the home and the market it's in
- Recommending, implementing, and/or arranging for enhancements and repairs such as painting, flooring, lighting, window treatments, landscaping, etc.
Our Home Staging Services Include:
- Consultations
- Staging occupied houses, condos or apartment.
- Staging vacant houses, condos or apartments.
- Quick staging for photo shoots of houses, condos, or apartments.
- Interior design or redesign.

2nd Consultation/Design Phase:

- Paint color recommendations.
- Floor plan for new layout of existing furniture or new furniture.
- Proposal of staging and other services for those recommendations you don't want to do yourself.
- Signing of contract to release design package and move to next phase.
Implementation of Design Phase:
- Working from our detailed design/action plan and implement the design plan.
- Curb appeal enhancement.
- Clutter elimination, organizing, and storage or a referral to a professional organizer.
- Room makeovers using existing furniture or leased furniture and decorative accessories (Bedding, artwork, window treatments, etc.)
- Shopping for additional furniture and accessories.
- Accessorizing each room.
- Implementing and/or arranging for design enhancements and repairs such as painting, plumbing, fixtures, lighting, flooring, etc.
- Take photos of each room and put on CD so client may use to sell or rent home.
